About us
We missed the game. So we built our own.
Touchline Manager is made by a small team in Hampshire who grew up on the old Championship Manager games, spend our weekends on grassroots touchlines, and wanted the depth back. In our pocket.
Championship Manager. A notebook full of wonderkids, and “one more game” at 3am.
Then it all went a bit light. Fewer decisions, more menus.
So we built our own. All the depth, on a phone, anywhere.
Touchlines, trials and academy nights. For years.
Your family, in the game.
The old skool
Every decision was yours. And every one counted.
Remember the old Championship Manager games? You'd sign a 16-year-old nobody had heard of because your scout liked him, and three seasons later he'd win you the league. You argued with the board about money. You sold your best player and lived with it.
The depth
Every club, every player, every contract, every scout's opinion. Nothing was decoration.
The decisions
Who to sign, who to sell, who to trust with a debut. You lived with every one of them.
The pull
One more game. Then another one. Then it's 3am and you've got school, or work, in the morning.
And then
Then it all went a bit light.
Somewhere between 2024 and now, management games started doing more of the thinking for you. Fewer decisions, more menus, and on a phone, a cut-down version of the real thing. We kept playing, and we kept missing the bit that made us fall for it in the first place.
So we built our own
Something we could take anywhere.
A full career game that lives on your phone. On the train, in the car park before training, at half-time of an under-12s game. It plays offline, and it's deep from day one.

Grassroots, for years
We've been on the touchline a long time.
Wet Sunday mornings. Academy trials. The drive home when nobody says anything. We've been in and around grassroots clubs and academies for years, and that's all in the game: 850 real grassroots clubs, academies whose scouts watch them, and a youth system where nobody's future is decided at 12.
The team
Meet the testers.
Two lads who live and breathe football, and who help us develop and test the game.
Luca loves football games and grassroots football. He's part of the team helping develop and test the game.
We've done this before
We also made a pretty successful racing game.
Street Kart Racing, now SK26, is our competitive karting game for iPhone. It's where we learned how to build a game people keep coming back to.

Is your family next?
The next wonderkid in TLM could be yours.
We'd love to have your family involved. Sign them up and they'll be in the game with their real grassroots team, and maybe they (or one of their mates) will be the next wonderkid in TLM. Sign up and let's see. Sign-ups close on 30 November 2026.
